aspell-or software package provides Oriya (or) dictionary for GNU aspell, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-or
aspell-or is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-or package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-or *
You will get with aspell-or package name, version, architecture and description in a table
